INSIDE MOUNT

Inside Mounted Blinds and Shades are designed to fit within the casing of the window for which they are measured. The manufacturer will take all the necessary deductions to ensure a proper fit.

Width
Measure tight to the nearest 1/8" (rounded down) at the top(W1), middle(W2) and bottom(W3). Record your measurement. Use the smallest measurement when placing an order.

Height
Measure tight to the nearest 1/8" (rounded up) at the left(H1), Center(H2), and Right(H3) side. Record your measurement. Use the largest measurement when placing an order.

OUTSIDE MOUNT

Outside Mounted Blinds and Shades are designed to fit and cover the window casing if present. No deductions will be made by the manufacturer other than the finished size of the material of a roller, solar and zebra shade.

Width
Measure from left to right the entire width for which you wish to cover. Record the measurement. Remember, roller, solar and zebra shade material comes about 1 1/4" smaller then the ordered width.

Example: If the openning you wish to cover is 36" wide it is recommended to add 2" overlap to each side and order shade at 40" wide.

Height
Measure from top to bottom the total height you wish to cover. Record the measurement. Remember to include any additional overlap both above and below the window frame.
