Are instructions included?

Yes, all installation instructions are included in the purchase of your blinds and shades. If they are not included please contact us and we provide them.

Are the colors on your site accurate?

While we do our best to provide the most accurate colors images, due to colors settings and monitors we suggest ordering samples to ensure you are happy with your selections.

Do your website images show whats the samples look like with light coming through them?

Back lighting occurs when the light passes through the material. Our sample do not show this. It is best to order and view product samples in the room for which they are intended.

How do i measure my windows?

How fast after my order is submitted will i receive my order?

As quickly as possible. Orders typically hit the production floor within 24 hours of ordering. Becuase the manufacturing time varies between products exact production times can vary. Shipping times may vary as well depending on destination of your order.

Im not sure how to install my blinds and shades, can you install them for me?

Yes we can. We have instructions to assist in installing your own products. Alternatively we have a network of qualified professionals to assist with measuring and installation. A fee for this service applies and is of the discretion of the individual company based on the need of the job.

Is all Hardware included?

Yes, all hardware in included. (brackets and screws)

Is the personal info I provide on the site secure?

Yes, the information we collect is never shared. It is only used by us to better serve our customers.

What brands do you carry?

What if i make a mistake measuring or ordering?
